Radon Education Specialist

Through testing, mitigation, and awareness campaigns, we work every day to reduce risks and spread education. We’re looking for a driven, mission-focused technician to join our team. This role will begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time by spring.
What You’ll Do
• Install & Protect: Safeguard homes by installing radon mitigation systems to the highest
safety and quality standards.
• Educate: Share knowledge with homeowners and real estate professionals so they
understand radon risks and solutions.
• Take Ownership: Deliver effective results, communicate clearly, and stand behind your
work.
• Build Trust: Represent Radon Eraser with professionalism, care, and integrity in every
Interaction.
What to Expect
• Life-Saving Mission: Every project you complete directly reduces the risk of lung cancer.
• Hands-On Work: Use tools, perform minor electrical tasks, and tackle new challenges
daily.

Who You Are
• Skilled with tools and basic electrical work (construction, HVAC, or trades experience
preferred).
• Independent, driven, and accountable.
• Strong communicator who builds trust with homeowners.• Passionate about making a difference and aligned with our core values: Protection,

Requirements
• Experience with tools and minor electrical work.
• Background in construction, HVAC, or similar trades preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges.
• Preferred: Experience working directly with homeowners or in customer service.
